Our lawyers are continuously involved in IPOs, both sole domestically and with international tranche, rights issues, takeovers, tender offers, mergers, reverse take overs, debt securities issuances, either through public offerings or private placements, and also provides advice to the publicly listed companies on their other corporate actions post IPO. We also provide advice to Indonesian self-regulatory organizations and securities companies on their corporate matters.

GAP was involved in the implementation of debt restructuring of PT BUMI Resources Tbk by issuing new shares and convertible bonds in a total amount of approximately IDR 35.5 trillion, of which transaction received two awards as Asian Legal Business 14th SEA Law Award 2018 Debt Market Deal of the Year (Premium) and as Asian-mena Counsel Deal of the Year 2017.

We advised PT Tourindo Guide Indonesia Tbk, a start-up company engaging in an online travel planner, in its IPO, which was the first company listed on the acceleration board of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, as part of its fund-raising plan in 2020.

In early 2021, we advised the first electronic initial public offering in Indonesia in the IPO of PT Ulima Nitra Tbk, a mining service contractor company. Our deal, the Rights Issue of PT Bank Permata Tbk in a total amount of approximately IDR 11 trillion, won an award as Equity Market Deal of the Year at the Asian Legal Business Indonesia Law Awards 2021.
