A leading global law firm Nasoetion & Atyanto has been ranked 4th out of the top 10 legal consultants and notaries with the highest number of IPO transaction activities throughout 2018 by Hukumonline. The Firm was ranked as a capital market supporting profession in legal sector, legal consultants and notaries due to their essential roles and functions so that the IPO transactions can run structurally
Throughout 2018, as quoted on the pages of Hukumonline.com “as many as 57 listed issuers have made IPO transactions on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This amount is claimed to be the largest as long as the IDX stands. The number of IPO transactions in 2018 increased by 51.4 percent compared to the previous year, namely 37 issuers.”
Nasoetion & Atyanto law firm is in the 4th place, together with nine other law firms with two IPO transactions. Apart from the top four, the completed research also records 25 other law offices representing issuers that have made one IPO transaction.
