Stepping into the role of Senior Associate, Riandi brings with him a decade of valuable experience as a corporate transaction lawyer in two prominent international law firms. His expertise is poised to significantly expand and strengthen our corporate M&A practice.

Throughout his professional career, Riandi has demonstrated prowess in navigating complex M&A and joint ventures landscape and orchestrating strategic investments. His practice extends to private equity and venture capital-led transactions across diverse sectors such as TMT, banking, fintech, healthcare, and retail.

In the last couple years of his professional journey, Riandi has ventured beyond traditional legal realms, gaining first-hand, practical business experience in creating, operating, and gowing a company within the care and education space.
