Sheni joined Nasoetion & Atyanto in 2016, since which our Partners have trusted her to develop the oil and gas legal division. She has been heavily involved in project finance transactions, including assisting in preparing and negotiating loan agreements with various creditors.
In 2021, she represented PT Bank Permata Tbk in its rights issue, of which transaction has been awarded the Equity Market Deal of the Year at the Asian Legal Business Indonesia Law Award 2021. Furthermore, she acted for PT Ulima Nitra Tbk in its Initial Public Offering (the first company to use e-IPO) and PT Tourindo Guide Indonesia Tbk in its IPO (the first company listed on the Acceleration Board of IDX).
